Brooklyn Beckham has declared his marriage to wife Nicola Peltz is the “best decision ever” in a new post dedicated to his wife.
Still not addressing rumours of a rift between himself and the Beckhams, the 26-year-old took to social media overnight to share a photo displaying how loved up he and Peltz are.
Alongside the snap, which saw Peltz, 30, standing in front of a mirror with her phone at the ready to snap a picture, with Brooklyn stood behind her and placing a kiss on her cheek, the oldest Beckham brother penned a brief but heartfelt statement.
“It’s been 5 years since I asked this beautiful woman to marry me xx best decision ever x I love you so much,” he shared.
The declaration comes after months of speculation about a feud within the Beckham family, with Brooklyn recently failing to attend milestone events for both parents, David and Victoria.
While theories of a rift have intensified in the last few months, rumours of tension between the Beckhams first emerged shortly after Brooklyn and Nicola’s April 2022 wedding.
Speculation whirled when fans noticed Nicola didn’t share photos of her in-laws on social media, which was worsened when it was revealed Nicola didn’t wear a wedding dress designed by Victoria.
More recently, the couple didn’t attend David’s 50th birthday celebrations, with Brooklyn failing to respond to or share his own social media posts for other occasions such as Father’s Day.
The couple also failed to acknowledge Beckham’s knighthood news after the football legend was named in the monarch’s Birthday Honours List earlier this month.
Brooklyn’s brothers, Romeo and Cruz, have also shared cryptic statements on their own social media, further adding to reports of a feud.
Both Brooklyn and Nicola have previously denied any family feud, but their use of Instagram has continued to add fuel to the theories, especially after the aspiring chef shared a post stating he would “always choose” his wife.
David and Victoria have also failed to address the rumours, making no public commentary on the apparent situation.
Fans of the Beckham family have flooded each of their recent posts to express their thoughts on the alleged situation.
Under Brooklyn’s milestone post, several pleaded for him to make amends with his parents.
“It’s a shame you allowed it to come between you’re parents and siblings. Really sad,” one commented beneath the post.
A second remarked: “Not cool how you’re treating your parents and brothers.”
Another shared: “You will regret missing out on such wonderful family moments. Falling in love is wonderful! Remember the start of your journey into life.”
“You are very young, and have your whole life ahead of you. One day, you will realize that your Mum and Dad won’t be around forever, and believe me, unless they have done something totally unforgivable, you need to make your peace or you’ll regret it until your dying day,” someone else warned.
