Victoria Beckham has issued a fresh response after husband David attempted to fix a hair styling blunder he suffered over the weekend.
On Saturday, the football legend took to social media to entertain fans with his unintentionally bizarre new look.
The 50-year-old had attempted a DIY buzz cut but unfortunately suffered a mishap that left a very obvious bald patch behind.
Over the weekend, Victoria, 50, had taken a video of her husband, who insisted it “isn’t funny” as the former Spice Girl admitted “I’m going to be honest with you – it looks terrible.”
After prompting plenty of laughs in the comments section, including from sons Romeo and Cruz, it seems Beckham made another attempt at styling his hair to try to fix the blunder.
He later showcased the results, posting a snap showing a freshly-shorn scalp after he had managed to even out the section out a bit more so the bald patch was less noticeable.
“Update – it’s the best I could do with the situation,” he penned over the image along with an emoji of a bald man.
Further text over the image read: “@VictoriaBeckham still awful?” with the sporting icon seemingly hoping for his wife’s support over the attempt to sort the look.
Thankfully, the fashion designer gave her stamp of approval with a three-word statement as she re-shared the snap and wrote: “I’m into it.”
The fix followed a slew of comical responses from the original post, with the couple’s second and third-born sons quickly taking the opportunity to poke fun at their dad.
Victoria had quipped in the clip that the children had gathered “hours of content” from the incident.
Romeo, 22, simply wrote “bruh” under his mother’s Instagram post, adding that Beckham “had a shocker.”
Meanwhile, Cruz shared a gif of somebody using an oversized set of clippers to mock his father.
The video, which Victoria captioned “Dad what have you done?!?! @davidbeckham,” attracted widespread attention from followers who also mixed reactions.
Some fans found humour in the situation, with one commenting “I like the victory laugh,” whilst others suggested the mishap might inadvertently start a new trend, predicting “half the UK kids will be rocking it next week.”
Predictably, the couple’s oldest son Brooklyn, 26, who has made headlines in recent months for his ongoing feud with his family, didn’t react to the funny incident.
The alleged rift has seen Brooklyn miss significant family celebrations, including his father David’s 50th birthday earlier this year.
The oldest Beckham child, along with his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, have since failed to acknowledge any of the Beckham’s birthdays and milestone celebrations on social media other than youngest sibling Harper, who turned 14 earlier this month.
