Escape to the Chateau fan-favourite Angel Strawbridge has called on fans to lend a helping hand with a “problem” she’s facing away from the screen.
Angel, along with husband Dick, regularly updates fans with the latest goings-on at their French chateau, and Friday morning was no different.
Following the end of their Channel 4 series, the Strawbridges now run their own online shop, run a YouTube channel, and have enjoyed worldwide tours delivering tips and tricks to fans.
But it was a new product that Angel is working on that has proved to be a headache for the design expert, with the mum of two taking to Instagram to share a “sneak peek” at the project.
“Sneak peek alert! The Wildflower Kimono is part of my new capsule kimono collection in collaboration with @artemismuselondon,” she penned to the family’s 487k followers on Instagram.
In the accompanying image, Angel shared two photos of herself. In the first picture, she’s sporting a pink scarf, and in the second, a cyan-coloured garment.
Struggling to choose which of the colours best worked for the project, Angel called on fans to help her make her mind up.
She continued: “But we do have a problem…and we need your help! We can’t decide which reverse to pick on this gorgeous silk kimono… Pink or Blue?!
“Please help us decide! Just add your fave in the comments! Thank you and have a fabulous Friday! Xxx,” she signed off.
Before long, Escape to the Chateau fans flocked to the comments of the post with their suggestions, quickly providing solutions to Angel’s “problem”.
“Blue, the pink scarf gets lost amongst the pink trousers and top,” one fan defiantly replied before a second concurred: “@thestrawbridgefamily you look amazing, the blue is a definite pop of colour.”
Meanwhile, a third weighed in: “Blue, the pink is being overwhelmed by your gorgeous pink number. Blue jumps out better.”

“They are both beautiful compliments,” a fourth praised, followed by another who similarly complimented: “Both. But love the blue x x.”
And a sixth waded into the discussion: “Blue..with the colours in the jacket you can wear it with a variety of out fits.” (sic)
Fans will have to keep up with the Strawbridge family’s social media accounts to see if Angel will take their advice on board.
In the meantime, the Strawbridge family have been marking a rather significant milestone in their daughter Dorothy’s life.
Last week, the Strawbridges left a handful of fans in tears as they marked Dorothy’s last day of junior school, taking to Instagram to share a throwback clip of the youngster’s very first day at school.
Angel was visibly emotional in the throwback clip as she bid farewell to her daughter on her first day, before it transported viewers back to the present.
The update then showed a current photo of Dorothy, with the words: “Good luck baby! We can’t wait for your next adventure…” written above.
The Strawbridges captioned the heartfelt post: “Hello to you on this fabulous Friday! Well today marks a rather momentous day for Dorothy.
“It’s her last day of junior school and an end of an era! It only feels like yesterday when she walked through those gates. It’s been a very special decade and we will truly miss this fantastic school and all the teachers…
“Tonight we party,” Angel added. “The entire year and Dorothy’s past and present tutors will celebrate here at the chateau… There will be love, laugher and no doubt a few tears!
“Good luck to our gorgeous, independent, kind and funny little…not so little girl!” (sic)
Fans once again flocked to the comments of the post to share their emotional well wishes to the youngster, with many admitting they shed a tear.
