Brooklyn Beckham has addressed his direct family for the first time since an alleged rift saw him and wife Nicola Peltz seemingly distancing themselves from his siblings and parents.
On Thursday, he penned a sweet birthday message to his sister Harper, 14, for her birthday, marking his first post involving one of the Beckhams after weeks of “snubbing” his family on other milestone occasions.
The post follows previous messages from brother Romeo, 22, and mum Victoria, who posted photos to mark the teenager’s birthday this morning.
Sharing a picture of himself, Peltz and Harper, he wrote: “Happy birthday Harper we love u x.”
The past few weeks have seen rumours flood in regarding the changing family dynamics, with the once close-knit clan understood to be out of contact with Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, 30.
For months, the firstborn Beckham has failed to attend any family celebrations and hasn’t marked any milestones with social media tributes, despite sharing Instagram birthday posts for Peltz’s family.
While brothers Romeo and Cruz have shared cryptic social media posts with apparent digs aimed at their brother, Harper seems more removed from the feud as she doesn’t yet use social media.
Fans have wondered whether or not Brooklyn would shared a birthday message to the teenager despite seemingly ignoring other family celebrations.
Taking to social media earlier on Thursday, Romeo penned a gushing tribute to the teenager.
He posted a wholesome picture of himself with a protective arm around Harper and wrote: “Happy 14th to the most amazing human there is love you always and forever,” along with two heart emojis.
Meanwhile, Victoria shared images including Harper as a toddler in a pink dress, riding a motorbike with her father David, and writing “I love mummy and daddy” in the beach.
“Happy birthday to my world!! You are my everything, and I’m so proud of the strong, confident, kind, and talented young lady you are becoming,” Victoria wrote.

A source recently claimed that Brooklyn “doesn’t feel like he fits into the Beckham family right now” and believes his family hasn’t treated Nicola well.
“Harper’s been particularly affected by what’s going on because she’s always been really close to Brooklyn,” they told The Mirror.
They added that the family had hoped Nicola would become “like a big sister to Harper in a house full of brothers” when she married Brooklyn, but “obviously that hasn’t happened”.
The source suggested it would be “potentially going to be heartbreaking for Harper if Brooklyn doesn’t show up for her on her birthday”.
Brooklyn’s social media activity has seemingly demonstrated where his loyalties lie, with sources noting it’s “becoming increasingly obvious” his priorities are with his wife and her family.
Sources suggest the younger Beckham siblings have become “collateral damage” in the ongoing family dispute, with one insider telling The Mirror that the situation is “potentially going to be heartbreaking for Harper if Brooklyn doesn’t show up for her on her birthday.”
