GB News presenter Charlie Peters has spoken to reporters on the way into the prestigious Tric Awards after = been nominated for best News Presenter.

Speaking to GB News on his way into the event, the reporter said: “I am very nervous, but very excited. It’s a great day for GB News, always here at the Tric Awards.

“These awards are special. They’re like no other because of course the people vote for them. Of all the big industry awards, this is the one that we love the most, in part because we win them quite a lot. We’re very good at that, but also because our audience, it’s an opportunity for them to share their appreciation for our work, and we love it for that reason.”
