Jeremy Clarkson’s girlfriend Lisa Hogan has revealed how the couple sometimes “go their separate ways” during the day and come together in the evening.
The couple, who star in Prime Video’s hit show Clarkson’s Farm, have been together since 2017, after first meeting at a party.
Despite living and working together on Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire – which Clarkson has owned since 2008 – the former Top Gear host says their routine is key to a happy relationship.
“I think it’s a happy way to live, to have breakfast together, go our separate ways, and then you’ve got plenty to talk about in the evening,” he said in The Telegraph.
“You can go out for dinner and you don’t sit like normal old people, not talking to each other.”
Although many fans have wondered why the couple aren’t married, Hogan addressed the topic earlier this year in an interview with Fabulous Magazine.
“Mrs Clarkson? No, thank you, I like Lisa Hogan,” she said.
“We decided not to have children together. We’re at a stage where we are not going to have kids. I’m just happy pootling along.

“I think because of our age, it’s much easier. You go: ‘God, is it you I end up with? OK, that’s it.’ But it’s relaxing knowing you are not going to be with anybody else. It gives you a certain amount of liberation.”
Clarkson, 65, also recently shared that Hogan finds his obsession with a new piece of farm equipment – the AgBot T2, a driverless tractor – a bit too much.
“Every night for the past week I’ve climbed into bed and made Lisa watch a feed from the AgBot’s cameras as he trundles along in the darkness,” he said.
“She thinks I’ve become a bore and wonders sleepily why I can’t watch Pornhub like a normal person. But to be in bed while you’re tractoring does make me all warm and fuzzy.”
Earlier this month, he was spotted putting up for sale the Lamborghini tractor he’d purchased in series four of Clarkson’s Farm.
At the time, he admitted that choosing a new one was “filling me with absolute dread” — until he eventually settled on a massive £85,000 green Lamborghini model, featuring a 7.8‑litre engine and 340 horsepower
Fans have been following Clarkson’s farming escapades for years on Clarkson’s Farm, with Series Four releasing across May and June, and all eight episodes now available to stream.
