Jesy Nelson is officially a mum, joyfully announcing the arrival of her twin daughters after what she described as a whirlwind journey.
The 33-year-old former Little Mix star and her partner, Zion Foster, welcomed their babies following an induced delivery at a London hospital.
They have spent the last ten weeks living there to ensure the little ones received the best possible care.
Doctors reportedly planned to induce labour when the babies reached a healthy size at around 32 weeks.
Nelson gave birth slightly earlier, sharing with fans: “So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31 weeks plus 5 days. It all happened so quickly, but we are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We’ve never felt more in love. Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025.”
Nelson took to Instagram to reveal two heartwarming photos.
In one, she cradles one of her newborns wearing an orange beanie; in the other, Foster looks on lovingly in a hospital gown, holding their other daughter.
The couple’s announcement was met with a wave of support and affection.
Safiyya Vorajee wrote: “Oh how my heart just filled up with love for you all, congratulations welcome to the world babies you are so special, beautiful names, now it’s time to soak up all the love and start your new chapter with love health and happiness so happy for you all.”

Nelson has been open with followers about her challenging pregnancy.
In April, she revealed that her twins had been diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, a potentially life-threatening condition, and required urgent surgery.
After the procedure, Nelson shared: “We feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong.”
As her pregnancy progressed, she continued to share updates, including striking images of her growing bump and ultrasound scans, captioned: “Muma Nelson and Papa Foster” with a heart emoji.
In later posts, she affectionately referred to Foster as “my husband.”
Nelson, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2011 and remained with Little Mix until 2020, has been in a relationship with South London artist Zion since 2022.
In May, Foster ran the London Marathon to raise funds for Twins Trust, a charity supporting families with multiples.
In an interview with The Mirror during Nelson’s pregnancy, Foster expressed deep admiration for her strength and the twins’ resilience.
He said: “They’re giving us so much hope they’re going to come out healthy. Jesy and the twins have triumphed over so much. There’ve been several moments we doubted we’d get this far in the pregnancy.
“Their strength has been unmatched. We literally feel like we know them already just because of how much they’ve overcome. Their characters are so strong. They’re so brave.”
Foster also spoke candidly about how their extended hospital stay brought them closer as a couple.
“The same four walls are driving us a bit crazy. However, we’ve literally grown to understand each other on a deeper level. And I think we really understand how much we actually care about each other,” he said.
He added: “I think it’s at these times when you really, really know what love you have and what your relationship means. And I think for me and Jess, this has just taken it to a whole other level of us knowing we are literally made for each other.”
Throughout their journey, Nelson and Foster received an outpouring of support online, which Foster said meant the world to them
He said: “Just to see the response, people’s support, the amount of messages that just flooded in daily… it helps our frame of mind and helps us just keep going day by day, just feeling supported and feeling love.”
